The Everything DiSC® Facilitation System is built on a series of 13 Insight Modules that can be mixed and matched to facilitate specific outcomes or "insights."   The facilitation system offers a broad range of reports, handouts, PowerPoint presentations, a DVD training tool with 68 segments to choose from, and other tools to create a transformational learning experience designed to shift context and point of view for each participant.  In reshaping our thinking and behavior, we learn to be less defensive, more open to other perspectives, and more self-aware.  By examining values, beliefs and attitudes, we can influence individual and organizational behavior and increase our quality of life and work.

We have chosen materials from two modules in the Everything DiSC Facilitation system to showcase the quality of the presentation materials.  One of the modules features communication between peers as an HR manager recruits salespeople for a new division. He meets with four territory sales managers representing different behavioral styles. You'll see two interactions between the HR manager and each Manager -- one ineffective and one effective -- based on the degree to which the HR manager tailors his/her communication style to the needs of others.

Registrants will receive your own personalized self-assessment -- the DiSC Classic profile. This assessment tool has been used by over 50 million people to better understand themselves, and in turn, to perform better in the workplace. The information you gain from the DiSC profile can be used to improve communication with others, reduce conflicts in the workplace, build productive teams and relationships, increase productivity, and much more.
